A wooden block spelling the word health on a table

Hi, I’m Megan

and I didn’t come to this work by accident.

I didn’t get into health because it was trendy or interesting.

I got into it because my body wasn’t working the way it should.

I was dealing with stomach issues, feeling off all the time, and not getting real answers. So I did what most people do, I started trying to eat “healthy,” hoping that if I followed the right rules, I’d finally feel better.

That search took me pretty far.

I went fully grain-free and very strict. Food became the focus of everything, what I ate, how I planned my days, how I measured whether I was doing things “right.” And honestly, at first, it helped. I felt better, and that made me confident I was on the right path.

Confident enough to build my life around it.

I started and ran a grain-free energy bar company. I built a snack company. I hosted cooking classes focused on autoimmune and gluten-free living. I created meal plans, taught people how to shop and cook, and talked a lot about food as a way to heal.

Every step came from a genuine place. I wanted people, especially those dealing with autoimmune issues, to feel better, eat better, and have some sense of control again.

And for a while, it worked.

But over time, I started to see the cracks.

The stricter I got, the less enjoyable food became. Meals felt stressful instead of social. And I noticed the same thing happening with the people I was helping, even the ones who loved the lifestyle struggled to keep it up.

They’d fall off, feel like they failed, and start over somewhere else.

That’s when it really hit me: the problem wasn’t willpower or commitment.

The problem was that the approach only worked if life stayed perfectly controlled and that’s just not real life.

Especially if you’re living with an autoimmune condition.

So I started to shift.

I stopped chasing perfection and started paying attention to what actually worked long term. I moved toward a more balanced, 80/20 way of living. I expanded beyond food into things like stress, sleep, recovery, movement, and nervous system support. I let go of doing everything “right” and focused on doing what was realistic and sustainable.

Teaching my son how to cook and watching him enjoy food without fear really sealed that change for me. It was a reminder that health doesn’t have to be rigid or enforced. It can be shared. It can fit into real life.

That’s what I believe now.

Health isn’t a template.

It’s a process of learning your own body.

People with autoimmune issues don’t need more rules. They need clarity, support, and reassurance that they can feel better without giving up their life.

That belief is behind everything I offer today.

I’ve taken all of my experience, my own healing, running food companies, teaching, coaching, and watching what actually helps people stick with change and brought it together into a clear, supportive path.

Through my 7-Day Autoimmune Reset, The Reset Report newsletter, and the 12-Week Autoimmune Reset Program, I walk alongside you so you’re not guessing, second-guessing, or trying to do this alone.

I don’t believe healing has to be complicated.

It just needs to be consistent, clear, and compassionate.

Outside of this work, I’m also a mom to an amazing kid who loves both tennis and golf. Family is my anchor, and it’s what keeps me grounded in reality. I design everything I offer with real life in mind, because healing isn’t just about food. It’s about having the energy to show up for the people and things you care about.

If you’re tired of extremes, tired of starting over, and ready for something that actually fits your life, you’re in the right place.

I’ve been where you are.

And I’m here to walk this with you.

Ready To Dive Deeper Into Your Health?

The 7-Day Reset is just the beginning. Healing from autoimmune struggles takes more than a week and it can feel overwhelming to figure out what actually works for your body on your own.

That’s why I offer complimentary 30-minute Clarity Calls.

This is a calm, supportive conversation where you can pause, share what you’re dealing with, and get thoughtful guidance on what to focus on next, without judgment, pressure, or cookie-cutter advice.

On the call, we’ll talk openly about what’s been hardest for you, whether that’s food, flares, fatigue, or feeling stuck and unsure what to try next. Together, we’ll look at what may be keeping you in that cycle and what a more supportive path forward could look like.

By the end of the call, you’ll leave with:

clearer insight into what your body may need right now

a simple, personalized direction to focus on next

and clarity on whether the 12-Week Autoimmune Reset Program is the right next step for you.

I keep these calls limited each week so I can be fully present and give each person my full attention. If you’re ready to stop guessing and want real clarity and support, you’re welcome to book a time.
